Auto-Aim with Keyboard and Mouse. Easiest way is to get a USB GamePad (12 button minimum). If you already have a console game, Adapter cables are available.
Ok after almost 1.5 years I noticed that GTA:SA is still on my harddrive so I started replaying it. It worked fine until I tried Joypad and then switched back to Mouse+Keyboard Controls. Now the Foot Controls are "inverted" and I DO NOT mean just the Y-Axis. when I press W i move down, S is up, A is right, and D is left. Same with the Arrow Keys.
When i go in game and load a new game, the game loads and starts. But i cant move the mouse, like if it freezes. You cant shoot, scroll weapons, and move. And if I pause the game I can move the mouse but not click. I tried to change the compatibility to xp, 98, ME, NT, 2000, Vista and it doesn't

GTA San Andreas, although being a FPS as such, it worked very well. it was a shame that only on analogue stick was supported by the game, but that could be solved by using the profiling software. The game was well adapted to the gamepad and made shooting possible though auto-targeting.
