The 44mm with a slightly larger case and a significantly larger screen, or the 40mm with a slightly smaller case and a marginally larger screen.

Itlooks and feel perfect despite the fact that I have a skinny wrist. That being said, 44mm does have some advantages over 40. Bigger screen translates to better touch/area. The complications are slightly bigger and clear. Almost everything you will see on the screen will be more identifiable at a glance.
