2) When adjusting the beam level, what is the dial moving within the headlight assembly? Is it the bulb or the reflector that is over the bulb. If the dial is not moving the reflector above the bulb and it's not normal for that to be pointed up, is there a way to fix that or do I have to purchase a new headlight assembly. Thanks!

1. Open the hood. 2. stand in front of the driver's side headlight. 3. look down. --> you should see the headlight assembly - what you have in the picture. 4. locate the adjustment screw (red arrow on picture) 5. insert a Philips screwdriver vertically. 6. carefully turn the adjustment screw to lift / lower the beam. 7. repeat on passenger side.
