Also as much as people are griping about cleaning it, this is a CLEAN board (corrosion wise). Pull it completely and toothbrush and isopropyl and it'll be minty. Most likely issue is rust and corrosion inside the charge port on the pins. Scrape em a bit with tweezers and a brush with contact cleaner and I would say it's going to charge.
Gameboy Advance SP charging light turns OFF nearly instantly. I have an issue with my gameboy where whenever i plug it in the charging light stays on for about a second and then turns off again. Obviously it doesn't charge. I have tested both the charger and the battery with another gameboy, and they work. I have checked F1 and F2, they seem fine.
