many laptops use a wifi adapter that also handles bluetooth. sometimes you can see bluetooth listed with lsusb, but i have one system where just a vendor and device id are listed so that isn't always helpful. the quickest way is to probably get info about your wifi adapter with lspci -knnd ::0280 and run a web search for it.
